How is this different from an NAD supplement?
Dose and delivery. Most retail products supply precursors at a small fraction of a clinical dose. This is a prescribed 2,000mg protocol with provider oversight.
How soon will I notice a difference?

Is sermorelin a steroid?
No. It is a growth hormone releasing hormone analogue. It signals your pituitary gland to produce your own growth hormone; it does not introduce a hormone or a steroid into your body.
